Because our products are handmade and often custom-created, we want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy carefully:

Custom & Personalized Orders

All sales on custom or personalized items are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Custom Items

For non-custom, ready-to-ship products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at the buyer’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

We’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was ours.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
